Support for free users is handled in the MailPoet 3 Support Forums. Asking your question there allows the community to benefit from the answers to everyone’s questions. You can also search for answers there.

Our forum is checked by MailPoet Happiness Engineers and some of our developers once a week, and we’ll try to help you out as much as possible.
