Technical maintenance

Our technical maintenance is complete.

The account management area is now up and running again as normal. However, if you do happen to experience any issues in accessing your account, please reach out to our support team.

As you may know, MailPoet joined WooCommerce last December. Some technical maintenance is required as part of this process, which will affect the account management area in MailPoet. Maintenance will take place between April 12 and April 13, 2021, with an estimated downtime of 8 hours.

Existing customers

All existing subscriptions will work normally, and you’ll be able to continue creating and sending emails in MailPoet. However, during the downtime, you will not be able to purchase a new subscription, upgrade, or cancel your existing subscription.

If you have a subscription that’s due to be renewed during this maintenance period, this will be resumed afterward. If you need to approve the renewal with SCA (Strong Customer Authentication – used mostly by EU banks) you will receive an email notification with instructions.

New customers

If you created a MailPoet account between April 12 and April 14, 2021, you will temporarily be unable to access your account and purchase, upgrade, or cancel any subscriptions. We are working hard to resolve this situation and expect normal functionality to resume by April 20, 2021.
