Support for Premium Users

Use this form if you are a Premium user of MailPoet and have questions or issues with the plugin. Note that ONLY email addresses associated to a MailPoet Premium account can contact us via this form.

Please read the FAQ on switching from version 2. It has the answers to most of your questions.

  • Not the name of your company or website.
  • Please write the address used for your purchase.
  • The address where MailPoet is installed and for which the license was purchased.
  • Examples: GoDaddy, MediaTemple, DreamHost, BlueHost, etc...
    Just the name, not the URL.
  • Go to your MailPoet's Settings page and check the Send with... tab. What option is selected?
  • Please use the field below to detail your question/message/error to us.
